Kings In Training Kings In Training (KIT) is built on the belief that every young man is born with potential —
potential that must be developed, affirmed, exposed, and guided.

Many boys lack consistent
mentorship, emotional support, positive male role models, or access. Kings In Training is developed to encourage the achievement of educational and career goals. Therefore it will be necessary for the Princes to have an awareness of self-image and practice appropriate social etiquette. The Princes will have the knowledge of and the ability to articulate global cultural

concepts and maintaining spiritual growth. When successful, Princes will build or enhance self esteem that will allow them to become the leaders/Kings in their homes, schools, communities, and society.
