A New Chapter Begins
With mixed emotions, we announce that the Rotary Club of Brandywine-Naamans will be closing after 71 remarkable years. Like many service organizations across the country, our club has experienced declining membership in recent years, making it increasingly difficult to sustain our operations. While this led to the difficult decision to close the club, it does not diminish the extraordinary impact our members have made over the past 71 years. While we are saddened to see this chapter come to an end, we are incredibly proud of the legacy our members have built. The friendships formed, lives touched, and projects completed over the years are a testament to the commitment and generosity of our members.
We extend our deepest gratitude to every member, past and present, who helped shape the club's history and strengthen our community through service.
As one chapter closes, another begins. We are excited to share that many of our members will be joining the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club where we will continue our commitment to Service above Self, fellowship, and making a difference. We look forward to bringing our experience, passion, and dedication to this next chapter and continuing the important work we love.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the Rotary Club of Brandywine-Naaman’s over the past 71 years. Though the club may be closing, the spirit of service that defined us will continue for years to come.
