This week we were thrilled to have Amira Radovic, owner of Forever Freeze Co. share her story with us. Amira, a biomedical engineer, entrepreneur, and mother of three, freeze dries just about everything including fruit, vegetables, candy and ice cream with one simple mission: to make real, nutritious food more accessible while reducing food waste. Drawing from both her technical background and experience as a parent, Amira saw a gap in the market for shelf-stable foods that are healthy, convenient, and made from real ingredients, especially for families.
