The Cape Fear Garden Club “Gardening for Wildlife” committee is working with the National Wildlife Federation in certifying Wilmington as a Wildlife Community. The use of certain chemicals and pesticides in combating mosquitos can be hazardous to our wildlife and pollinators.

Please join us at the New Hanover County Arboretum on Tuesday, May 28th @ 10:00 and listen as Amy Mead, County Extension Director Brunswick County Center presents solutions to the careful balancing of combating mosquitos while protecting our wildlife and pollinators.
