As part of Respect Life Month, we are highlighting resources available in our community that support pregnant women, mothers, and families in need.

Our pregnancy support services connect women with caring guidance, essential resources, and community assistance throughout their journey. By offering help when it is needed most, we empower mothers and families to build a stronger future.

Respect Life Month reminds us that every human life is a precious gift, deserving of dignity, love, and protection at every stage. It also highlights the vital role of adoption and foster care, offering compassionate pathways for children to experience the stability, support, and belonging of a loving family.

October is Respect Life Month, a time to celebrate the dignity and sacredness of every human life from conception to natural death.

Inspired by the witness of St. Gianna Molla, who courageously chose life with selfless love, may we be reminded to cherish, protect, and advocate for the gift of life in all its stages. St. Gianna Molla is our October Saint of the Month.

Throughout the month, we will highlight the compassionate programs and resources available through Catholic Charities that support the dignity of every human life and provide hope, help, and care to individuals and families in need.

As we close our Wednesday Wisdom series with St. Hildegard of Bingen, we are reminded that God calls each of us to shine His light in the world through the unique gifts He has given us.

St. Hildegard believed that all creation reflects the beauty and glory of God. As the colors of autumn paint the trees in shades of gold, crimson, and amber, we are reminded of God's artistry and the changing seasons of our own lives. When we pause to listen, we can hear His presence in the crisp fall breeze, the rustling of fallen leaves, the songs of birds preparing for migration, acts of kindness, and quiet moments of prayer. Just as autumn invites us to gather, reflect, and give thanks, it also encourages us to trust in God's faithful care, knowing that every season has a purpose in His divine plan. 🍂🙏✝️
