Conscious Connections, Inc. CCI is a non-profit organization that aims to uplift the community through exposure, education, and economic opportunities in the arts and agriculture.

CCI operates an urban farm located in Wilmington, DE and offers a variety of youth programing. Our youth programs include:

L.I.T. Crew (Leaders in Training): receive education and exposure with activities at the urban farm and translate that knowledge into real world scenarios via their own production of a comic book series

Conscious Farmers Collective program: engages young adults in farm-based

training and experience through the Junior Masters Gardeners™ curriculum in preparation for work in agriculture, landscaping, and maintenance
