What’s the true impact of breastfeeding peer support? This 2026 systematic review digs deep into one of my life passions. Peer support does more than help mothers meet their lactation goals (although it does that). Even more important, it fosters real well-being through the connections mothers forge with others experiencing the same major life transition.
