Incredible milestone hit today!! We have officially harvest over 1000lbs this season! Bringing us to over 5,000lbs the last 5 years!

We feel so fortunate to be able to feed our community right in their back yards in a sustainable way. Thank you to our volunteers and donors who have helped us achieve this huge milestone! 🌱❤️

Today was a huge milestone day!! Help us celebrate harvesting over 600lbs this season!

We are officially in our peak of the season harvesting close to 80-100lbs each weekend. We have a big goal to hit 1500lbs this season and I think we can do it!

Everything we harvest goes directly into our Community Refrigerators! Consider volunteering and joining the fun!

Incredible 88lbs harvest day, with our first round of melons being the star of the show! This brings us over 200lbs this season!

Due to the air quality conditions we cancelled our volunteers today. But that didn’t stop our dedicated Board of Directors who came together to harvest and fill fridges.

We hope everyone stays safe and we’ll catch you in the garden in the coming weeks.

Swipe for videos of the harvest 🍈🌱

On one of the hottest days this year, we surpassed 100 lbs harvested this season!

While our whole country celebrates America’s 250th birthday this year, we’re celebrating something closer to home: Keeping food in the mouths of Delawareans. Every pound harvested goes directly into our Community Refrigerators!

This is a huge accomplishment so early in our season, and we’re just getting started! If you’ve been thinking about supporting this movement email us at [email protected] for ways to donate and volunteer!

Harvest season is upon us! Come hang out with us on a Saturday morning! Comment below or email us at contact@plantingtof...

Humble beginnings… 10 years today, our first plants were put in soil. 🌱

We are so grateful for everyone who has supported and believed in our mission from day one through today! Special shout out to The Journey Code Red team for hosting our first raised beds! We were prepared to grow in 2 beds, but you all told us to dream bigger. Forever grateful. ❤️

We owe you an explanation for the silence…..and here it is. 🌱

We’ve been busy building something incredible: a brand new growing location on E 23rd St, alongside our partners at ! We’ve been hosting volunteers, moving soil, plotting our plan, and putting food in the ground all in preparation for our best season yet!

Our goal this season? Break our record and harvest over 1,500 lbs of food for our community!

We couldn’t do it without this community. Join us on the journey. 🌱

We've officially entered growing season, which means we could use some extra hands!

If you've been wanting to volunteer, we'd love to have you. No experience needed, just a heart for the community.
