The vision of the Old School Enrichment Council, Inc.(OSEC) is
“To inspire enrichment, wellness, social and economic opportunities in the Deerfield Valley.”
OSEC’s mission is as follows:
OSEC will realize its vision by repurposing and refurbishing the vacant Twin Valley High School in order to provide:
• A multi-purpose facility that will focus on economic outreach designed to attract provid
ers of health, wellness, adult activities, and child care services
• A minimum of 10 to 25 jobs, most of which are above minimum wage
• A safe and healthy environment for creative, social, educational, athletic, and quality of life activities
• Space for a wide array of programs that support, teach and present the arts including, but not limited to, music, theater, dance, creative writing and visual arts
• Space for business incubator services to speed up the growth and success of startups and early stage companies
