Through every season, Mr. Lacy has always been there for MSK. 💕 As our Athletic Director, supporter, encourager, and family, he has poured into our young people year after year.

And even in one of the most difficult seasons of his own life, as he grieves the loss of his beloved wife, Mrs. Charlotte Miller-Lacy, he continues to show up for MSK and our young people.

Today, we simply want to say thank you, Mr. Lacy. We see you, we love you, and we appreciate you more than words can say. 💗

What happens when young people are given the space to shape the future? They lead.

Last month, OUTLOUD was honored to partner with My Sister’s Keeper Wilmington Chapter to participate in Generocity for their Young People’s Regional Congress.

Alongside youth organizations from across the Greater Philadelphia region, our young leaders met at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia and reflected on what they’ve learned over the past several months, identified the issues that matter most to them and exchanged ideas with young people from around region.

This wasn’t just another convening, it was an opportunity for youth to hear from peers including youth in the Netherlands, define the future they want to see and begin creating real accountability for the adults and institutions that serve them.

We’re excited to continue this partnership and work alongside these incredible young leaders as we help carry these youth-identified priorities into our communities and advocate for meaningful change.

There will be a vehicle procession led by Wilmington Police Department Corporal Harmon on Friday from 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM.

Public officials providing resolutions should arrive no later than 1:45 PM.

EULOGY: 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM
