We are so grateful to have shared our home with the incredible team from the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware and their iCan Swim Camp this week!💙🌊

At the J, we believe our campus is more than just a place — it’s a space where meaningful connections are made, confidence is built, and lives are changed. Being able to welcome programs like iCan Swim Camp that create opportunities for people of all abilities is a true privilege.

Due to hazardous air quality conditions, the Outdoor Pool will not open today, Friday, July 17th. See you this weekend!

Smoke from ongoing Canadian wildfires continues to drift across our area today. Smoke creates tiny particles in the air that can affect your health.

If you can see or smell smoke:

⚠️ Limit prolonged outdoor activity, especially strenuous exercise.

🚼 Children, older adults, pregnant individuals, and those with heart or lung conditions should consider staying indoors as much as possible.

🪟Keep windows and doors closed if smoke becomes noticeable.

♻️ While in the car, use “recirculate” for your air conditioner.

😷 If you need to be outdoors for extended periods and air quality is poor, a well-fitting N95 mask can help reduce exposure to fine smoke particles.
