To support our Grand Miss Service project for NC, this year we collected as many diapers as possible. Wilmington Assembly challenged all of the lodges in our district to collect as many diapers as possible. Because of the incredible support of our local Masons (shoutout to Oak Island, Orient, Atkinson, and Federal Point — who together collected more than 4,500 diapers total), NC Rainbow surpassed our goal collecting 34,646 diapers! Last week, at Grand Assembly, NC Rainbow Girls, with the help of Greensboro DeMolay and visiting Rainbow sisters from other jurisdictions, wrapped the diapers and they were divided up among assemblies and donated to local partnerships all across the state! The Wilmington girls chose to honor the winning lodge with a GOAT trophy and dessert trays. 🐐🏆 Congratulations to Federal Point Lodge, and a huge thank you for all of your support! Our MA, Caroline, and Advisory Board member, Freddy, presented this trophy to Federal Point at their stated meeting tonight on behalf of Wilmington Assembly!
Our girls are currently having a blast at Camp Gray Rock and a previously scheduled basketball tournament for high school. While we wish our girls could have been present, we are so grateful they are able to experience Camp and have lots of talents in sports!
