The first ever Youth Development Back to School Bash was the perfect way to close summer and get everyone excited for the new year.

The event was a collaborative effort by Elements - Youth Support & Enrichment Program, CIS Cape Fear, Nourishnc, Coastal Horizons Center, New Hanover County Government, NC and the school district to ensure partners focused on serving students knew about each other's services and how to pull together to offer kids extra support.

The work doesn't end after the Buses are Stuffed! 👀🚌

Thank you to the CIS team for handling the unload, and to the many companies and volunteer organizations that have spent time with us this week to ensure each item is sorted and directed to a local student.

We wouldn't be able to do this each year without our army of Volunteers!
