Annual Spring Plant Sale
April 2026

Please join us for our Spring Plant Sale April 10-12, 2026 at 2318 Metts Ave

Friday, April 10, 9 am - 6 pm
Saturday, April 11, 9 am - 6 pm
Sunday, April 12, 12 noon - 5

Our members will have a wide variety of plants not found in the big box stores.

We look forward to once again greeting all our plant loving friends. Bring the kids. We have a special table of free plants for them to choose from.

Our gardeners are always happy to chat about and give pointers on growing their plants.

We also have the best prices in town. Cash and check only. Rain or shine.

SAVE THE DATE! Our next Hobby Greenhouse Club plant sale is Sept 5-6, 2025 from 9-6 at 2318 Metts Ave, Wilmington, NC. (Weekend AFTER Labor Day)

Cash and checks only. Proceeds from the sale fund scholarships for horticultural students at Cape Fear Community College and Brunswick Community College.

Tell your friends, dig out that checkbook or hit the ATM (we do not accept credit cards, venmo, or the like). See you soon!

Join us for our Hobby Greenhouse Club monthly meeting on Tuesday, August 12th at 7pm at the Arboretum. All are welcome.

This month is a panel discussion on greenhouses. Ask the panelists anything about owning a hobby greenhouse. Panelists have a range of experience -- learn from our successes (and mistakes) as you consider buying your first greenhouse or upgrading your current greenhouse.

As usual, we'll have free food and drinks available following the program.

Our Annual Container Contest is almost here. If you're a member who has paid your 2025 dues by June 1, you can enter. All are welcome to view the entries.
