EMPOWER Day 2026 was everything we hoped it would be and more.

We had an amazing turnout as families and children came out to enjoy an afternoon centered around health, wellness, and community. From face painting and fun activities for the kids to helpful resources and meaningful connections for adults, there was something for everyone.

The energy was warm, welcoming, and full of togetherness. Events like this remind us how powerful community can be when we come together in one space.

Our Spring Campaign at Kingswood Community Center has officially come to a close, and we are deeply grateful.

To our Kingswood community and everyone who showed up in support, thank you. Your generosity, your shares, your encouragement, and your belief in this work truly carried this campaign.

Because of you, every dollar raised will continue to support the children, families, and seniors who walk through our doors each day. You are part of the reason Kingswood remains a safe, trusted space where people are cared for, supported, and given the opportunity to grow.

This week, our seniors had an amazing time at the Platinum Picnic at Chase Center alongside senior centers from across New Castle County.

The White Diamond Jubilee theme had everyone showing up in their best white outfits with a little sparkle to match. Between line dancing, raffles, giveaways, and lunch, it was a day full of fun, laughter, and great memories.
