When Father Jerry Byrd’s mother was pregnant with him, doctors urged her to have an abortion after warning that her unborn child might have Down syndrome. She refused.
Jerry was born healthy. Years later, he converted to Catholicism and answered the call to the priesthood. Today, Father Jerry Byrd serves as a Catholic priest in Indianapolis.

These billboards serve as a daily reminder to thousands of passing drivers that every single human life is a precious gift from God—from conception to natural death.
