Hi Residents last night in the 1100 block of Wagoner Drive was someone (male) with a flashlight looking into cars.

I cant say it enough do not leave valuables in the car and lock your car doors.

I have an alarm on my phone to remind to lock car doors.

Hi Residents

Please ensure you lock your car doors every night. We had an incident this morning at 530am where a unknown person was in a Residents car stealing stuff. Residents came out and the person ran away. Police have been notified.

I leave my spare Key Fob by my nightstand and have a reminder on my phone to lock my car doors. So I ensure I click it even if I know I locked it.

Just fair warning do not trust 1800 Junk. They quote you a price and you make an appointment you don't hear from them another crew shows up and changes the price. So I told them to get off my property. 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

This dog is loose at 1035 wagoner drive. If this is your dog please go get it

Hello Residents

Just got off a call and a contractor has been hired by the parks department to come in and clean up the park. As soon as I get a start date. I will let you know.

As far as park restoration we are looking at the end of 2027 into 2028 due to permits from federal government take 9 to 12 months for FEMA.

We are having ever other month meetings with all parties involved. As I get the information I will pass it on.
