Hi Residents

We are up to 91 houses that have paid their dues and the total is $2500 short of what we paid out for salting and plowing last year total plowing off $6200.

We will definitely be cutting back on salting next year and potentially plowing because again we will have to dip into our saves by another $2500. That cuts our savings account in half.

If people did not pay etc we would have had a bigger deficit.

June 23rd is the cut off date. We will be making another deposit early next week.

Hello residents

We still have a little over a week before the books are closed for the dues. One deposit will go in tomorrow and another final one the following week.

85 houses have paid their dues out of over 200 houses. That is not even 40%. Thanks to another of residents that paid extra but we are no where near how much we paid out for plowing.

Again this is not sustainable so we may have be more selective on plowing this winter as we have other monthly bills we have to pay.

Hello Residents

We have been advised by the County Executive office that the park restoration project is on hold. That is all the information I have right now and just got this information today.

As far as cleaning up all the trees that were cut down and left was forwarded to Parks department but no response yet.

Hello Residents

I have received notification that Residents are contacting our State Representative and Senator regarding the park issue. The park is not under their jurisdictions this is a county matter. Again both my self and President from Brookland Terrace have been in touch with appropriate parties with no response.

Hello Residents

We have reach 30% of the residents paid their dues. We close the books on June 23rd.

Right now we have collected $2800 which would not pay for all the plowing and salting we did last year. We already had to dip into our savings account. If this continues plowing will be limited. The only reason we have this amount is all the residents that paid extra and we so appreciate that.

Out of over 200 houses only 69 residents have paid.

I cannot stress how important paying your dues are.

If you are delivering dues to my house I ask everyone not to put anything in my storm door. Today on my camera Someone did it because I did not answer. I hope my storm was pushed shut because if not it will get damaged like last year.

Please DO NOT open my storm door. All dues go in mailbox by the garage.

Remember if you do not put your address when submit o. VENMO we can not record you as paid and will refund your money to resubmit.

The last of dues mailing went out this morning. Please put your payment in my mailbox on the left of my garage.

Please don't place it under the door mat by front door because I don't check there and do not put inside my storm door as last year it was not closed properly and it swung open due to wind and I had to replace parts of it.
