Highland West - Food Trucks Highland West neighborhood in New Castle County Delaware welcomes our neighbors to join us weekly to support local food truck vendors.

Our neighborhood coordinates a weekly food truck night in warmer months as a service to our community and our neighbors, and as a way to support local businesses. Our do not receive any compensation.
