A few more moments from Wednesday night’s Three Ingredients & The Truth tasting. 🥃

There’s something special about seeing these events through someone else’s lens. Huge thank you to Nathalie for capturing the whiskey, the conversations, and all the little moments that made the night so much fun. 📸

And a big thank you to The Queen for partnering with Wilmington Whiskey Club and giving us such a great setting for the evening. From the pours to the people, it was a perfect place to bring everyone together.

Six pours. One big whiskey lesson.

Last night, we got to dig into the building blocks of bourbon with ROW 94 and Green River, and it was a great reminder that a few changes in a recipe can make a big difference in the glass.

We tasted our way through bourbon, rye, wheated bourbon, ROW 94, honey whiskey, and finished with the big one: Green River Full Proof at 117.3 proof.

One of the most interesting comparisons of the night was tasting Green River Bourbon alongside the Rye and Wheated Bourbon. Same distillery, very different grain profiles, and very different flavors. We also explored how proof changes the experience and what happens when honey enters the equation.

And of course, ROW 94 gave us a chance to take a closer look at the whiskey created in partnership with Dierks Bentley.

Great whiskey, great conversation, and plenty of opinions around the tasting table.
