Women's Impact Network of New Hanover County The Women's Impact Network of New Hanover is an all female, volunteer-run, collective giving circle.

Members of the Women's Impact Network of New Hanover County (WIN) are women who believe in the power of collective giving to positively IMPACT the quality of life in New Hanover County. WIN members each make an annual contribution of $660 to create a grants pool. WIN awards grants each year to nonprofits in one of four Areas of Giving: Arts & Culture, Education, Health & Wellness, and Environment

. WIN members vote for the grants to be awarded to the nonprofits that will have the most IMPACT in New Hanover County in that year's Area of Giving. Since established in 2011, WIN has awarded grants totaling $537,000, ranging in amounts from $1,000 to $50,000, to 33 nonprofits in New Hanover County. WIN is a 501(c)(3) organization serving New Hanover County, North Carolina

The Women’s Impact Network of New Hanover County (WIN) is a diverse group of women who harness the power of their collective giving to make a difference in New Hanover County.

WHAT WE DO

WIN members each make an annual personal financial contribution of $600 to create a grant pool, select an area of philanthropic focus, solicit grant applications from qualifying nonprofits, and vote for the organization they believe is most deserving of their financial investment.
