The message Terry responded to me with when I complained about the crappy snow plowing and how I fell on the ice on the road. She called me lazy, entitled, commented on me as a parent, criticized me, and put me down. I encourage everyone else to share any evidence of Terry harassing you and being rude to this page. It’s time we expose her for who she truly is!

This ice is so ridiculous! I rather pay a higher HOA fee than continue to waste what I am paying now for crappy work. How on earth do they “plow” our courts?! Because it’s a horrible job and they just pack the snow down and allow it to turn to ice. No salting, no actual plowing, nothing! Slipped and fell trying to walk my dogs this morning on the road. A road we pay to have taken care of during times like this. I am recovering from a c-section and hurt my back badly. We have many older people living here. I am honestly terrified for a few of my neighbors walking outside to their cars. This is honestly so ridiculous and it’s been brought to Terri and Dick’s attention many times before and they don’t care. As long as they are “saving money”. I’m sorry but our safety is more important. And if not than we shouldn’t even have an HOA because the people we get to do our work and help us out with things don’t do anything right. Looks like nothing ever gets done right. The snow plowing in the winter and the lawn mowing in the summer. Terrible!

Dick and Terri have made it impossible for people to park in the Cul De Sac. Basically say goodbye to inviting a bunch of people over for family get togethers, parties, and other fun interactions. If your car is parked there they will fine you. We need to get them out. They have made it their life mission to abuse their power and make sure everything is in the best interest of them. Please home owners help fight this! Get them out! We must do something about this! I’m tired of them picking and choosing what rules they will follow and not follow. They create rules and there isn’t even a full council at this time. please fight fight fight!

Hello Beacon Hill Neighbors
Just wanted to let you know a lost dog was spotted in the backyards of East Court near the woods. The dog ran away before it could be identified. The dog is what seems to be a black and white spotted pit bull mix. It does have a collar on it with a tag. If you see this dog please see if you can call the number on its tag for the owner's to come get it. Keep your eyes out for it and help this get back to its home. Please and thank you ❤

Happy Halloween 2020 from the Beacon Hill Community. What a fun and successful night with trick-or-treaters. Thank you to all who came and to those who contributed their candy. Loved getting to know more of our neighbors and having some great laughs and conversation. We will definitely need to do this again next year!!!

Good morning Beacon Hill Community!

It's spooky season and Halloween is just around the corner. This year we are going to actually GET Trick-or-Treaters, but we will need the help of the whole community. While we understand the safety concern surrounding COVID-19, with creativity and safe precautions, we can still have a fun Halloween night.

This year we are going to put up a large sign encouraging kids to Trick-or-Treat with us by the stop sign.

Not only that, but we are also going to set up our candy stands along the field area (spread apart) to make it easier and safer for children to collect candy. We suggest using plastic tongs to hand out the candy to avoid contact. Please consider participating with us and hand out candy along the field with a table and chairs. Not only does this visibly show kids we are giving candy away, it is also a great community engagement to get to know our neighbors better.

This fun event will start Halloween night October, 31st from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

This is just a reminder that we will be having a happy hour around a warm fire pit this evening around 6:00. Please bring your own chairs and drinks. It will be held in the field near East Court. Remember to social distance!!

This Saturday 10/10/20 we will be having a get together in the field area of East Court to have some drinks, sit by a fire pit, and enjoy good laughs from a safe distance. Let's plan some fun halloween events this night too. Let's say around 6:00 p.m.?
Please bring your own drinks and chairs if you would like to sit.
This is weather permitting.

Hello neighbors!
Long time no see....the heat was bad this summer!
Question.
How do you all feel about food truck days? We simply ask for a food truck to come maybe park in the cul de sac and everyone can purchase food from them? A fun way to socially gather outside, but also maintaining social distancing. Comment below what you think and maybe add ideas?

Good Morning Beacon Hill Community!
Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. I'm sure you are all happy that Summer is finally here and the weather is beautiful out!
Just a reminder that we are still doing our walking group on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's at 5:30. Today we will be meeting for our walk at the stop sign as always. Please bring your dogs if you want to, and all are welcomed to come.

Thinking about planning another happy hour of some kind. Any suggestions on days and times? Please comment below. We have already had a suggestion of a happy hour during a walking session...thoughts? ;)
