15 PAX on the eve of a predicted blizzard/thunder snow situation for a spring training g beat down. 9 innings of exercises. Partners split 100 reps for the top and 100 reps for the bottom of each inning while listening to stadium baseball jams. Great work, have a great weekend.

It’s not often you get an FNG leading a VQ but Bretzel led us through about 40 mins of band exercises and stretches, focusing on hips, glutes, hammies and upper body. The body pretzel = Bretzel seemed to take the cake. S’mores then took over for the last 10 mins with a quick EMOM w/coupons. Great work fellas and welcome Bretzel!

Hear ye, hear ye! On this February 2nd, 4 PAXsutawney Phils gathered at 6:00 am to trudge through snow, wind, and more impressively a 45 minute loop of “I Got You Babe” by Sonny & Cher.

We executed a kettlebell-modified version of the Bill Murray workout from the Exicon:
1 “lap”
10 kb merkins
10 goblet squats
10 press situps into a press
10 burpees with kb swings.
Rinse & Repeat.

We saw our shadows, so
6 more weeks of KB Mondays….

8 Pax for another Clusterfreeze! One for each degree. Today’s theme from Heisenberg was “Stay warm or get strong trying” Full body, medium intensity, but constant movement to stay warm. Parking lot ladder, a 15 min coupon AMRAP and Ended with a “snowball effect” finisher.

Remember “Comfort makes cowards. Growth happens when things are hard — including cold mornings.” Discomfort reveals discipline and showing up even when it’s miserable builds trust and grit! Have a great day fellas!

❄️ Snowy Kettlebell Monday at F3 ❄️
5 PAX “snowed” up, locked in, and got after it because weather doesn’t cancel commitment.
Cold hands, hot hearts, heavy bells, and brotherhood that doesn’t flinch. 💪🏾🔥

This ain’t about comfort.
This is about consistency.
This is about showing up when it’s easier to stay in bed.

Kettlebell Monday. F3 style.
5 PAX. Zero excuses. All heart.

We had ourselves a clusterfreeze this morning!

“It’s tough to get out of bed to do roadwork at 5 a.m. when you’ve been sleeping in silk pajamas”-
Marvin Hagler

Great quote by Marvin Hagler. Not exactly the same situation but same message. Nothing easy about getting out of bed at and going to work out in 7 degree weather but these 12 pax did. Props to these guys for getting uncomfortable. 12 PAX for an upper body focused workout this morning. We did Bi’s,Tri’s,chest and shoulders and the finisher curl gauntlet. Way to get after it this morning fellas.
