LEEP was proud to participate in the Building Delaware Together: Statewide Construction Workforce Expo, hosted by the Delaware Department of Labor's Office of Construction Enforcement within the Division of Industrial Affairs.

This impactful event brought together construction employers, apprenticeship programs, educators, workforce partners, students, and job seekers to explore career pathways that help strengthen Delaware's workforce and build brighter futures.

At LEEP, we believe that access to information, resources, and meaningful employment opportunities creates pathways to economic empowerment. We were honored to share how our programs support individuals on their journey toward sustainable careers and long-term success.

Thank you to the Delaware Department of Labor and all of the community partners who made this event possible. Together, we are helping to build a stronger workforce, stronger families, and a stronger Delaware.

LEEP's P2A Class 20 cohort recently attended Governor Matt Meyer's signing of Rep. Larry Lambert's Delaware John Lewis Voting Rights Act (HB 444), building on their lessons in organizing, mobilizing, and civic engagement.

Through hands-on experience in proper maintenance practices, participants are developing the foundational skills needed for successful careers in residential construction.
