This software SaaS landing page did $17k in sales. Check it out.

6 months ago, I was determined to grow my affiliate partnerships.

I was in the negative for the first 3 months. The nice part was that I started seeing the return right away, so I knew if I stuck with it, the monthly payouts would pay off.

Here is the flow:
- Google & YouTube Ads: $6k
- High-converting landing page
- Email opt-in
- Retargeting Meta and YouTube ads

I looked for SaaS products that have a higher payout (one has 40% recurring). We also looked at Google & YouTube competition.

We made a YouTube video for each affiliate (this helps with retargeting and ads).

6 months later after spending $6k we are at $15,155.60 monthly profit!

Let me know if you'd like to see the spreadsheet breakdown.

After working with 3,000+ founders, this shocks me every time.

They're all missing one simple automation that turns leads into buyers on autopilot.

Set it once: Follow up with every lead (email + text + video) until they buy or die.

Most founders chase new leads. Winners automate the follow-up.

This one change 10x'd our revenue.

Would you ever try making YouTube videos like this if you knew it would grow your business?

Work-life balance didn’t build this. Obsession did.

Throwback Thursday to 15 years ago when I had this crazy idea to start an online business.

It took me two years to grow that business enough to replace our fitness business.

For two straight years, my schedule looked like this:
- 4:45am to 12pm at the gym
- 1pm to 9pm building the business online

Shoutout to my wife and co-founder. She kept managing the fitness business while I worked on turning this crazy idea into something real.

I could not afford this video at the time, so I made a deal with my friend Dayton.

I told him, “I’ll get you in shape if you help me make a video.”

He said, “You better help me lose 30 pounds if I’m going to afford this production.”

Now, 15 years later, we’ve helped 3,000 businesses, we’re still running the business together, and we’ve grown to a team of 8 full-time employees in the office.

In a lot of ways, not much has changed. We still have a directory and still refer a ton of leads to businesses.

The difference is, back then, I was thinking too small. I was only focused on fitness brands.

What’s the biggest sacrifice you’ve had to make to build your business?

The #1 email mistake I see business owners make:
Complicating it.

Pretty templates end up in spam.
Plain-text gets opened.

We send a simple workflow from GoHighLevel every Tuesday and Thursday.

Our average results:
• 60% open rate
• 30%+ click-through rate

The formula:
• use plain-text only
• write conversationally
• keep it between 100–249 words

Your customers don't care how pretty the email is if they never see it.

We have an AI Prompt you can use for this exact workflow so it saves you time setting it up. If you want it let me know.

They’ll Never Like Your Post… But They’ll Buy From You.

You’re posting. You’re showing up. But the people actually buying? They’re silent.

10 years. Thousands of posts. And one hilarious truth:

- The people liking, commenting, and hyping you up? Most of them will never buy.
- The people watching from the shadows, never engaging? Those are your real buyers.

Your biggest clients aren’t debating in the comments. They’re scrolling, studying, analyzing—deciding if they trust you enough to buy.

Most business owners post for engagement. The smart ones post for authority.

Instead of chasing likes, build trust.
Instead of begging for comments, be consistent.
Instead of worrying about who’s watching, talk to the ghosts.

Because when they’re ready, they won’t DM.

They won’t ask for a call.

They’ll show up already decided.

Keep posting for the ghosts.

He finally said yes, 3 months later - $6k follow up.

I was speaking with our latest client asked him what change his mind about working with us?

When he first reached out, he wasn’t sure about moving forward. Like many business owners, he had doubts, hesitations, and a lot on his plate.

Instead of pressuring him, I focused on what matters most—building a genuine connection. Through consistent, thoughtful follow-ups, I stayed top-of-mind, answered his questions, and offered value every step of the way.

Months later, when he was ready to revamp his website, guess who he called?

The result speaks for itself: a stunning, custom website that truly reflects his vision—and a collaboration built on trust and understanding.

Follow-up isn’t about chasing leads—it’s about building relationships that last.

If you’ve been putting off following up with your leads, take this as your sign to reach out. That one message could be the start of something great.
