Sales for the 2022 Freeman Park annual permit will end on March 1st. After this date, only day passes can be purchased for entry to the area driving a 4x4 vehicle. Current daily access rates are listed below:

April 1 - September 30: $50 per day
October 1 - March 31: $30 per day

Annual permits may be purchased online at https://townofcarolinabeach.roverpass.io/ and picked up in person at Town Hall, or the parking office located at 1708 Canal Dr. (permits will not be mailed). Daily passes can only be purchased at the entrance of the park. Access passes are required year round for entrance to the park using a 4x4 vehicle and must be displayed 24 hours a day.

The early bird discount for annual Freeman Park permit sales end at 11:59 p.m. this Friday, December 31st. Order yours today at https://bit.ly/3ezMnnT The $225 price will go into effect at 12:00AM January 1, 2022.

NOTE: Town Hall will be closed on Friday, 12/31. The parking office at 1708 Canal Dr. will be open Friday, 12/31, 9AM-5PM for permit pickups . Purchases made after 4:00PM Friday will be available for pickup during normal business hours Monday, January 3rd.
