Thorin's Promise Thorin's Promise is a Delaware 501(c)(3) - EIN 87-2985130. Payments will go directly to the veterinary practice, not the individual.

Our mission is to provide financial assistance for pets in crisis whose families can not afford the total cost of emergency, lifesaving, or specialty treatments. The financial help is not intended to be a free handout (only in the absolutely worst cases will we consider that). We'll be asking some personal financial questions of the applicants to find out their hardship. We'll also be asking the a

pproved families to actively fundraise, through us, to try to replenish our funds. In today's world, not many people could afford the cost of emergency treatment or even diagnostic testing and that's where Thorin's Promise comes in.
