Mental health isn’t separate from your career — it’s the foundation of it. This Thursday, Crysta Harris ( Cris ) joins us for “Mind Over Grind: Mental Health for Young Professionals”.

Crysta is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LCPMH) with a background that includes outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and families, plus specialized training in trauma-focused care. She’s also the founder of Delaware Directory , connecting residents up and down the state to providers who look like them💪🏾

With 300+ people expected in attendance, road closures, and extra security in the area. We’re making the right call as a community. Pullup Sunday to welcome the team and enjoy the kickoff of FIFA🙌🏾
