Its hot and steamy in Eastern North Carolina possibly we should throw that in our practices this week. Here are some ideas -- Mon 7/21 at 7pm LONGWAVE YOGA Caroline Ritz at Trailborn Surf & Sound WB. Tue 7/22 7:30am with Be Unlimited Yoga with Stephanie at Oceanic pier. Wed 7/23 9:30 am Wilmington Yoga Center with Walter Hot Power Yoga or maybe in the evening 6pm Port City Power Yoga Power Beat with Philip. Thurs 7/24 9am Yoga Salt Music Flow with Tamal Dodge or evening Restorative at terra sol sanctuary with Alexis Abbate . Almost the weekend TGIF -- Fri 07/25 7:30 am SUP with Katie Mermaid at Surf City Jet Ski & Watersports . How about 9am at Pineapple Studio Downtown Wilmington or 6pm at You Matter Fitness with Amanda Hot Yoga Power hour. Weekend is brewery time Sat 07/26 10 am with Lauren Alivia at Salty Turtle Beer Company or 10am at Topsail Island Brewing with Tenille.
