Wilmette Eagles Booster Club

Thanks to all of you that have shown your support for the Wilmette Eagles Booster Club so far this season. We still have plenty of t-shirts available in all sizes (S-XXL) for $25, and can order shorts in all sizes (S-XXL) for $20. Shorts take about 2 weeks from the date an order is placed, and we need at least 12 pairs to place an order. A picture of each is attached. Please e-mail me at [email protected] if you would like to purchase any Eagles gear. Cash or checks made payable to Wilmette Eagles Booster Club are accepted and can be mailed to me at 2217 Crestview Lane, Wilmette, IL 60091. Please include your child's name, what type of apparel you want, the size, and a phone number. You can also stop me at any practice or game and place your order. We also have Eagles car magnets which are given away free with a donation of $25 or more to the Booster Club. Those can also be mailed to me.

All funds raised by the Booster Club are used to purchase practice equipment, and assist those eligible for the Angel Fund to help pay for football tuition.

Heavyweights 16 Norridge 19 (Heavyweights 0-3)
Lightweights 19 Norridge 0 (Lightweights 1-2)
Midweights 15 Kenilworth 6 (Midweights 4-0)

All 3 teams are home at the New Trier Stadium next Sunday.

To all Eagle parents, an informative parent meeting will be this Saturday, August 24 starting at 10:00am at the Park District Community Rec. Center Auditorium. All parents with players in grades 4-8 are welcome to attend. A new addition to our program is head New Trier Athletic Trainer Dale Grooms who will be here to discuss concussions in sports. Following the presentations will be our travel scrimmages and hot dog cookout at Howard Park.

Equipment Fittings for Riddell helmets and shoulder pads will be held at Howard Park on:

Saturday, August 10 9:00am-Noon
Wednesday, August 14 5:00pm-6:30pm
Thursday, August 22 5:00pm-6:30pm

You must be registered for the Eagles program through the Park District to get equipment. All 3 fittings are for all Eagles players in House League (Gr 4-5) and Travel League (Gr 6-8). See you there!!!
