Reminder the Association annual meeting is TODAY Saturday, July 13th at 10am on Middle Beach, bring your chairs. Please do all possible to attend, we will be discussing the important topic of the drainage on the beach lot and the plan to resolve.

The Association Halloween Theme Parade and Party is this Saturday, Sep 2nd at 4pm. Parade participants meet by 3:45pm at the corner of Hilton Ter. and Beach Drive. Parade watchers be at Middle Beach for a 4pm parade start. The Association will be providing hamburgers/cheeseburgers, some water, seltzers, beer, plates, napkins, and cutlery. Please bring a dish to share and your own beverages. And cash for a special raffle, 2 tickets for 1$.
