We are currently taking applications for our West Plains apartment complex! We currently have a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment available. This is low-income housing. Please pick up an application at the complex located at 892 S. Thayer Ave and return it at the office Tuesday and Thursday 10-2 or drop in our drop box.
