Today was our first official fishing trip of the season with the wonderful seniors from Vista Prairie - Copperleaf! 🎣

After a long winter indoors, there was plenty of excitement to finally get back out on the water. For many of our seniors, these outings are more than just fishing trips—they're opportunities to enjoy nature, share stories, make memories, and simply enjoy a beautiful day outside. We're so happy to be back at it!

What a great start to the season! The Willmar 4th graders had an amazing time out on the water. While the fishing wasn't always cooperative, the opportunity to be outdoors, enjoy nature, and spend time on the lake is priceless. Days like these are great for kids' mental well-being and create memories that last a lifetime.

We are still looking for volunteers for the summer. See our ad in the Reminder this week. Come on out to the Fish Fry at the Spicer American Legion starting at 4pm tomorrow (Saturday, April 25th) and meet some of our amazing volunteers.

We're only 1 week away from our Fish Fry. Please order your tickets Early. "Early Bird" pricing is still going on. We'll have our silent auction and Bake Sale during the fish fry too! Come out and enjoy some fish and friendship. We're still looking for volunteers for the summer as well.
