ATTENTION: Willmar Lakes Area businesses & churches — we need your help! 🎃👻

We've started putting together our annual Trick-or-Treat & Trunk-or-Treat roundup, and we're still missing LOTS of events! 🍬

We want to help families find all the places they can take their little ghosts and goblins trick-or-treating this Halloween, and we need your help to make sure we don't miss any!

Hope you can stop by our parking lot today! We have a lot of "hearty" produce items. Fall is great soup and stew season. These weekly events will be held until the weather doesn't cooperate with us anymore.

🎨 Craft Donations Needed! 🧶

WCI's Life Enrichment Program is seeking donations of craft supplies to support creative and meaningful activities for the individuals we serve.

We're looking for items such as beads, yarn, fabric, embroidery floss, buttons, ribbon, lace, silk flowers, picture frames, popsicle sticks, pom-pom balls, and other craft materials that can be repurposed.

✨ Your donation helps create opportunities for creativity, learning, social connection, and self-expression.

💙 SEPTEMBER IMPACT — THANK YOU, KANDIYOHI COUNTY! 💙

September was another busy month at the Kandiyohi County Food Shelf, and we are so grateful for everyone who helps make it possible for us to serve our neighbors.

In September, we helped:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 665 families
🧒 918 children
👩‍🦰 1,125 adults
👵 164 seniors

🥫 68,303 pounds of food were distributed to families throughout Kandiyohi County!

Behind every number is a family, a child, a senior, or an individual who needed a little extra help. We are proud to be here for our community and grateful for the volunteers, donors, businesses, churches, organizations, and community partners who make this work possible.
