Cardinal Place Cardinal Place is the before and after school program located in the Willmar Public Schools.

We have sites at Kennedy, Roosevelt and Lakeland Elementary Schools. Cardinal Place is a before and after school program designed for school-aged children in kindergarten through sixth grade. Cardinal Place provides a caring and fun environment for children that meets social, physical, and emotional needs through a variety of experiences and activities. We encourage children to make positive choic

es while promoting self awareness, fostering creativity and providing leadership opportunities. Cardinal Place offers enrichment, recreational and academic assistance through a variety of activities such as arts, crafts, sports, games, clubs, service learning, technology, cooking and much more!!
