💙 DSP WEEK RECOGNITION 2026! 💙
As we close out DSP Recognition Week 2026, we want to shine the spotlight on the leaders who help make our incredible DSP teams possible — our PFF Site Coordinators!
Our SCs are the backbone of our homes and services, leading with commitment, consistency, and heart. From our newest SCs, eager to learn and embrace the PFF culture, to our long-term leaders who share their experience and help train, mentor, and mold those around them — each one plays a vital role in who we are.
They support our teams, advocate for the people we serve, solve the daily challenges, celebrate the victories, and help create homes where people can thrive. 🏠💙
To our DSPs: thank you for the extraordinary work you do every day.
To our Site Coordinators: thank you for leading the people who make that extraordinary work possible.
Together, you are the heart of PFF.
What a way to close out DSP Week 2026! 🎉👏
Thank you to every DSP and every leader who makes PFF what it is. We celebrate YOU! 💙
