WIN Women Inspiring and Networking "Women Supporting, networking, educating and building relationships" WIN- Women Inspiring and Networking (formerly BPW) is a non-profit women's organization.

Mission Statement: Women Supporting, networking, educating and building relationships

Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month. Social time at 5:00 pm with meeting starting at 5:30 p.m. These meetings consist of dinner and a program related to current topics of interest in the community or region, and the meeting location is most often at The Oaks at Eagle Creek in Willmar. Membershi

p is $60 per year.

*We maintain a very active mentoring program for girls in grades 5 through 8. Not all members are mentors, but all members support the program.

*We provide a scholarship each year to a female student at Ridgewater College

*We also support Safe Avenues (formerly Shelter House). This venue is a non-profit organization committed to ending Domestic and Sexual Violence. If you would like more information, please email [email protected] or [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!

☀️ Kicking Off Another Great Year of WIN! 💙

We couldn’t have asked for better weather for our Green Lake Cruise this evening! It was so nice getting to catch up with everyone, meet some new faces, and share a little more about WIN and what we have planned for the year ahead.

We have so many great meetings coming up and are excited for more opportunities to get together, make new connections, learn from each other, and have some fun along the way!

Welcome to one of our newest WIN members, Tami Jo Leiberg!! Dr. Tami Jo Lieberg is a resident of Willmar and currently serves as the Director of Kandiyohi Community Corrections. She is also a clinical therapist specializing in working with first responders. Last year, she had an incredible opportunity to participate in a volunteer mission to Tanzania, where she provided training and counseling to first responders. We are so excited to have her as a member of this amazing group of women!!

Lisa is married, a mom of three and a grandma to four wonderful grandkids. She works as a nurse at Rice Memorial Hospital and also owns Blooming Crazy, where she grows fresh cut flowers right here in Willmar. When she's not working in her garden, she enjoys spending time with family and friends - and finding any excuse to plan another trip to Disney World!
