We had the great pleasure of hosting Alma Bowen, founder of NC707.org & Nuestra Comunidad at our Willits distribution center. Thank you Alma for presenting an insightful focus group in alliance with Sonoma Clean Power
We dove deep into the vital intersection of energy savings and emergency preparedness. It is fascinating to see how managing our energy use and preparing for emergencies work hand-in-hand to prevent wildfire outbreaks and keep Northern California communities safe.
We are proud to collaborate to build a stronger, more resilient Northern California.

A huge thank you to the Redwood Empire Food Bank for hosting us at their 2026 Partner Conference in Santa Rosa!
We thoroughly enjoyed connecting with fellow community partners and sharing insights on how we can better collaborate to tackle food insecurity across our region. The sessions were packed with valuable takeaways, and the opportunity to build stronger relationships with neighboring advocates was truly inspiring.
Events like this are vital for strengthening our shared safety net. We are so excited to bring these fresh ideas and renewed energy back to Mendocino County as we continue our mission to keep our community nourished.
Thank you again to the REFB team for your continued leadership, hospitality, and dedication to ending hunger! 🤝 Redwood Empire Food Bank
