The silent auction is officially live! Bidding will remain open until tomorrow (May 23rd) at 1:00 PM. We’re excited to see everyone tomorrow! But even if you can’t make it in person, you can still join in and keep bidding online throughout the event.

Tons of clothing, games, travel mugs, TOYS, home decor, golf clubs, pet supplies, home improvement things, lamps and more. Took some more pics of weird treasures or things that gave us a nice warm fuzzy nostalgic feeling. 🥰

If you have a pile destined for the Community Sale and haven’t gotten it to the Raymond Center yet, take an early lunch and bring it in now. Our donation window CLOSES AT 2P TODAY.

We need time to finish sorting donations, organizing tables, pricing furniture and making sure exit paths are clear. The overhead garage doors and the Conex container will be closed at 2p.

Thank you to all our volunteers for the HUNDREDS of hours you gave to the sale! Proceeds benefit over 20 different nonprofit social service and youth oriented organizations in Williams, Divide and McKenzie counties.

Please come out and shop on Saturday! Concessions open at 7:30a and the sale runs 8a-2p.

We had an awesome group of volunteers for Day 1 of Community Sale set up! They knocked out over 100 tables and emptied the shipping container. Thank you to everyone who donated so far to the sale.

We decided to post a handful of pics showing some of the weird and wonderful treasures we've collected so far, including:
-Baby blue bike with a plaid seat and basket
-Large format stretched canvas print of Ironman 😍
-Some "like new" baby exercise equipment
-A set of Lady Victoria fine crystal water goblets. The person who donated these shared that she purchased them through a trading stamp redemption program while working at the Piggly Wiggly in Minot. Trading stamp programs were part of a long-running rewards program where retailers gave away stamps at the checkout in exchange for purchases.
-A very cool vintage Sears denim coat with a few loose stitches. All it needs is a good run through the wash.
-Bag of hair

If you have treasures to drop off, stop by the Raymond Center! If the overhead doors garage doors are open, please drive in and drop off. If they are closed, please place your items in the shipping container.

The donation window will close on FRIDAY at 2PM so we can have some time to try to finish sorting and organizing the sale.

BIG NEWS: Northern Plains Junk Removal has reached out to us and offered to donate their services for furniture pick-up in Williston on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5-7p!

If you have residential furniture or large lawn/garden items you would like to pass along to the Community Sale, please contact Williston Basin United Way at 701-334-1101 by text or leave a voicemail. We will get you scheduled for pick-up!

As you eyeball your garage and spare rooms for spring cleaning, please keep the Community Sale in mind!

The Community Sale is a huge endeavor staffed by volunteers to redistribute Williston's unwanted treasures to people who can use them. Money raised stays in ND and goes to our annual fundraising campaign to support social service and youth-oriented nonprofits operating in northwest North Dakota.

You can drop off early in the container on the west side of the Raymond Center after May 11 or back in to the Raymond Center starting May 18 while the overhead doors are open. Please note: the donation window will CLOSE on Friday, at 3p.
