Whether you are looking for lunchtime comfort food or something with a little international flair for supper, Restaurant Week is designed to get you out and dining at places you've never tried before AND revisiting your old favorites, downtown + all over Williston.

We found some great peppers at Main Street Market last week! We made jalapeño poppers for the grill. You can find the recipe at the bottom of this post.

This Saturday event has really blossomed this year, with over 30 vendors and so many new faces! So let’s do a drawing to help others discover the market. For market newbies, come join us this Saturday 9a-noon on Main Street between 2nd St and Broadway. We like to park behind City Hall, but there’s a lot of street parking within a couple blocks of the market, as well.

Jalapeño Popper recipe:

Preheat your grill to 375-400 degrees F using two-zone heat (one half of your grill has the fire directly under the grates and the other does not).

In a bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese and 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese, plus a tablespoon of your favorite grill or veggie seasoning. Set aside.

Prep 6-8 jalapenos by slicing them in half. Scrape the seeds and ribs out with a spoon.

Spread about 1 Tablespoon of the cream cheese and cheddar filling into each jalapeno half.

Wrap each stuffed jalapeño in half a slice of bacon. Use a toothpick to secure the ends so your poppers don't fall apart while grilling. Sprinkle with more seasoning if you’d like to.

Place the poppers on the indirect heat side of your grill and allow them to cook with the lid closed for 20-25 minutes. Once the poppers are cooked through and most of the fat is rendered from the bacon, move them over to the direct heat side of your grill for 2-3 minutes to crisp the bacon to your liking.

Ours were so spicy they made us cry, so next time we will probably cook them 35+ min. Still delicious though!

Tripwire is headed our way! This multi-genre band brings the energy, playing through five decades of music on 10+ instruments. We can't think of a better way to wrap up an EPIC season of Summer Nights On Main! Join us tomorrow night (8/27) on Main Street for food trucks, cold beer, live music and great company. 5-9p

As always---> we will be closing the venue area on Main Street at 1p on Thursday.

This Thursday is the LAST Summer Nights On Main for the 2026 season! How did summer fly by so fast? While it’s always a little bittersweet to ramp up for the final concert, we are also so stoked to be welcoming Tripwire back to button things up. Vendors open at 5p and the music starts at 5:30.

Good food, a great show, cold beer and beautiful evening outside with community. What more could we ask for in a final Summer Nights On Main?

Stop in and see us on Main Street tomorrow (Saturday) for the Main Street Market, 9a-Noon. It's our second Kids Market, as well, featuring our favorite kid entrepreneurs!

Tomorrow (Saturday) is a big day: it's our first Main Street Market + Kids for 2026! We will be hosting our season regulars, plus young entrepreneurs showing off their wares. We have some youth vendors registered now, but will take walk-ons as well. Vendor spaces for kids are $10 and must fit within the "homegrown, homemade or handmade" market guidelines. The set up time for vendors is 7:30a-8:45a. Youth vendors must be accompanied by an adult!

Not quite ready to sell this week? Future market dates are July 25, August 22, September 12 and October 3.

Spotted out in the wild: Homer sporting a limited edition tie-dye t-shirt from Summer Nights On Main. We made these to commemorate America’s big 250 and we still have a few left! If you’d like to purchase a summer concert shirt, ask for one when you visit the Williston Downtowners tent when you purchase your beer tickets. We would love to help you out!
