What's for lunch today? Hope and her dad went fishing on Wednesday evening while I was at church, as she was still recuperating. They enjoyed some quality time together and caught a few catfish. Given the late hour, they cleaned the fish and I stored them for lunch today. The catfish with leftovers was a real treat. We're thankful to be able to grow and provide our own meat sources, especially considering the rising grocery store prices. It's great that Hope has a realistic understanding of where her food comes from. Mr. 🐢 was released back into his pond.

I mean Who doesn't like Lil Debbie Cakes with some added sweet treat? This morning I fed the nougat bars thru the grinder with the corn to mix in the grain. Top dressed with Lil Debbie 🍓 Delights. WhenbWe get some past best buy date items and I mix it with grain for extra treats.

Hope has officially added Smores 🐐 to the Messy Mix. We weaned her and put momma back out with the herd so she can bond with Hope. Just Hope and her 🐐 and 🐑. They are working on leash walking, but honestly Smores takes Hope for walks

Sunday was spent for Hope and I at the hospital while daddy was gone for 21hrs on a Hauling job. He was very stressed being away while Hope wasnt feeling well. After 8.5 hrs and lots of test we were released, but unfortunately its 1145 pm 2 days later and it appears its rearing its ugly head again. Let's pray to get thru tonight and we can wait for pediatrician in the morning with no return trip to the ER. 🙏.

We were able to get a few H braces up today between the mists of rains. We desperately need so much more. Praying the thunderstorms they say are coming at 2 am do roll in and play nice. Thankful for every drop 🌧 At least therebl was some significantly cooler parts to today

Super thankful they are food driven. Makes pasture moves a little easier. Mommas are super happy with the thick grass in the new pasture. No video of the baby move. Didn't quite go as easy 😂😂 They need more training
