WAG (Women Artist's Guild of Richmond, VT) The Women Artists Guild of Richmond (or WAG) is a small but growing group of talented, creative and resourceful women artists.

AG also holds events where we not only showcase and sell our products but also give back to the community in some way. Our first event was a holiday market and tea, the tea was a fundraiser for the E.B. Daniels Fund and everyone who participated donated a small portion of their sales to the fund too. DIRECTIONS TO OUR HOLIDAY MARKET: At the light at Taft Corners in Williston head east on Rt. 2. We are about 3/4 of a mile on the right in the in the former home of the Williston Driving Range, across the street from Rite Aid.

Now you see it, now you don't. Pop-up galleries come and go and display art in places not usually associated with art exhibition. They possess an element of surprise, and artists say the transient nature of the exhibit space can shape or influence the experience of viewing the art.

I can't believe there is only three weeks until Christmas. I am way behind on my shopping.;-) My plan is still to hit stores like Sweet Grass Gallery in Williston to buy as many VT crafted gifts as I can. Sweet Grass will only be open until Christmas so get in there fast. It is so beautiful in the shop. Thank you Alyson Chase Hoar and Lori Yarrow for creating a lovely place to shop.

The pop up gallery called Sweet Grass on Rt. 2 in Williston is open one more month. I wanted to let people know that I had framed prints for sale there as well as cards.
