🚨 SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

* No lifeguard on duty.
* Pool use is at your own risk.

🏡 AUTHORIZED USE

* Property owners, tenants, and up to 4 guests per household only.
* Residents are responsible for their guests.

⛔ NO TRESPASSING

* Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in removal and trespassing enforcement.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 CHILD SUPERVISION

* Children under 14 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult (18+).

🏃 WALK — DO NOT RUN

🤝 RESPECT OTHERS & PROPERTY

* No lewd, threatening, aggressive, or disruptive behavior.
* No damage to pool facilities or property.

🥤 FOOD & DRINKS

* Keep food and beverages at least 6 feet from the pool edge.
* No glass containers inside the fenced pool area.

🐕 SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY

* No pets inside the fenced pool area.
* Service dogs are permitted.

* Do not enter the pool with open wounds, wound coverings, or other conditions that may pose a health risk.

* Unclaimed items will be placed on the table beneath the pavilion patio.

Dear Neighbors.

We tried but could not get the pool ready. At this point realistically this coming weekend is our new goal.

We would like to let you know what’s been going on behind the scenes. It’s been a lot!

Sand for the filters was back ordered and they became plugged causing the algae bloom.

Sand has been replaced and pool chemicals are stable.

Pool robot vacuum was not functioning properly so algae had not been getting cleaned as expected.

We scrubbed and swept the pool 4 times in the last 24 hours and finally figured out the vacuum. It’s looking much better. We expect it to be clear and clear in a couple days.

Security Cameras are installed. And pool safety equipment is in place. Portapottie has been delivered.

The last key component is the coded lock. It has been on back order. We found a new source and expect it mid week. After that is installed we should have a code to send residents via your email and be ready to open.

We apologize for being over optimistic with the previous announcements. Going forward we want you to know exactly what we are doing and what is causing delays.

Also wish to thank all the folks who have been volunteering to get things in order. Including Brian and Eve Dowell, Sheila White, Clint and Christina Allen, Allen Bartell, William Garling and his daughter and I’m sure I’m missing some others. It takes a village.

And if anyone is willing to pitch in to wrap up any final details we can always use help.

Arrowhead Lakes Willis We are missing a few key components to have to pool open safely. In addition the algae is not completely cleared. As a result we are not yet ready to open. We will do our best to have it safe and open as soon as possible. Look for detailed guidelines and instructions for access soon.

ANNUAL COMMUNITY MEETING

• Board vote to adopt the proposed 2026 budget
• Community pool – review of plans for reopening (top community priority)
• Board vote to adopt the Harassment Policy
• Board vote to adopt Policy Violation Procedures
• Discussion on reporting and logging community incidents
• Call for volunteers: The POA is seeking community members to serve on the Architectural Committee
• Questions and open forum

Community involvement is essential to the success of Arrowhead Lakes aProperty Owners Association, Inc. Governance decisions, financial planning, amenity operations, policy enforcement, and committee leadership all rely on active participation.

The Annual Meeting will be held on February 28 at 10:30 AM at the pavilion. Agenda to be posted soon

The HOA is a board made up of community members. There are three (3) director positions available this year, and we encourage interested homeowners to consider serving.

The pool will be reopened this year. During the 2025 Annual Meeting, the community members present voted to make the dam the top priority for the year. As a result of that decision, the pool remained closed for the 2025 season. The dam does have areas of concern, a recommendation was given to the board that yearly maintenance on the dam would help mitigate any major issues, that recommendation was taken seriously and the dam is being assessed for recent findings.

Please take a look at how beautiful our dam looks this morning thanks to Michael’s Lawn Care Services. We support our small business owners in the community.

On a positive note, dues are coming in strong this year — thank you to everyone who has reached out and/or made payments. Your support truly helps keep the community moving forward.

During the meeting, the Board will also be requesting three community members to volunteer to perform an audit of the HOA accounts.
