Membership Monday - Market Your Mission!
Market Your Mission in Your Community!
A wise person once asked, “If your organization were gone tomorrow, would your community notice?”

That question hits at the heart of membership growth.
When we communicate our mission clearly and consistently, people begin to understand why we serve—our veterans, military families, children and youth, and our communities. They see the impact. They see the purpose. And most importantly, they see a place where their time and talents truly matter.
Visibility builds connection.
Connection builds interest.
Interest builds membership.
When your community sees Auxiliary members actively living the mission—showing up, serving, supporting, and leading—they want to be part of that energy. They want to belong to something meaningful.

This Membership Monday, let’s challenge ourselves:
Are we showing our communities who we are and why we matter?
