This morning, our Willis 4-H officers attended leadership training to help prepare them for the year ahead!

Leadership training gives our officers new ideas, valuable strategies, and the tools to work together as a strong team while encouraging and supporting our other 4-H members.

We’re excited to watch these young leaders continue to grow, lead, and make this a great year for Willis 4-H! 🍀

What a great kickoff! It was wonderful seeing everyone at our first official meeting and getting the new 4-H year started.

We’re excited for everything ahead — a new year, new opportunities, new memories, and new friends! 💚🍀

REMINDER!! Our first monthly club meeting will be held tomorrow Aug. 20 @ 6:45 pm in the North Montgomery County Community Center! Since there is a new 4-H online enrollment process that may be causing some delays, it isn't a requirement to be enrolled prior to attending this meeting.

🍀 Congratulations to Kennedy and Charlee Hughey on their outstanding 4-H accomplishments! 🍀

💙 Kennedy Hughey received a Blue Award in the Record Book Contest and placed 2nd at District in Fashion & Interior Design!

🏆 Charlee Hughey received the Junior Record Book Award for Family & Consumer Science and earned 1st Place in Junior Fashion & Interior Design!

Our Willis 4-H President, Brynn Coy, was also there to help celebrate and recognize our fellow Willis 4-H members and their accomplishments. 💚

Last week we had our first Willis 4-H Officer's meeting of the season and had a great kickoff to the year! 🍀 🎉

We talked about our upcoming prospect and car shows, fundraising events, officer responsibilities, teamwork, leadership, communication, and supporting one another throughout the year!

Most importantly, we want our officers to lead by example, encourage our younger members, bring new ideas to the table, and help make this the most fun, successful, and memorable year yet for Willis 4-H!! 💪🏆

Last week we wrapped up our final Willis 4-H meeting of the season! 🍀

It was a fun celebration of a year full of hard work, growth, leadership, friendships, and memories. We are so proud of every one of our 4-H members for showing up, learning, serving, competing, helping, and representing Willis 4-H so well.

A huge thank you to our officers, parents, volunteers, leaders, and families who helped make this season such a success. None of this happens without people willing to give their time, energy, and heart — and this group has plenty of all three!

Congratulations to all of our members on an outstanding season. We are excited for the year ahead and can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings for Willis 4-H! 💚🍀
