One of our beloved co-creators, all time volunteers, organizer extraordinaires, and friends, Dana Butterfield passed away this weekend. While our whole Poured Out family is grieving her loss, we also know that her love and legacy will live on in so many ways as she was incredibly impactful to disaster relief efforts and in Haiti. We are so thankful to have known and worked with her for 15 years and we all have a Dana story of how she loved us well. One of her last wishes was to build another Waterhouse in Haiti. So we are building Dana’s Waterhouse in Haiti. If you would like to donate to this project in celebration of her life please visit our website to give.

So many extra hands make our work possible! We love that community members get involved, provide guidance and education after installation, support the building process, and take ownership of the systems they use! We are so proud to work with so many amazing people!

Our first quarter has been spent doing lots of maintenance updates. A few waterhouses needed well adjustments after the flooding in the fall. Now all systems are working and communities continue to have clean water!

More updates! We had an amazing trip to Uganda in 2025 and are so thankful for our amazing donors who supported our projects. We are donor funded, meaning that all our projects happen because donors give to sponsor them! So thank you for making clean water possible for so many!

We remember the anniversary every year of the earthquake in 2010 that affected every person in Haiti in some way. We continue to think of those lost and to honor them.
