It will drain you from getting the help you need… talk to someone to confide in you trust or spealist, spiritual advisor or call the three digit number 988 hotline from your phone someone will assist you. I couldn’t be there to listen and F Hall I was that person for you and vice versa sis for real and I feel that everyday.
