Hearts and Hands Together, we see neighbors serving neighbors
to foster community connections and healthy lives. We make volunteering easy!

Hearts and Hands is a not-for-profit, “neighbor-helping-neighbor” organization which pairs volunteers with care receivers for basic transportation, light housekeeping, yard work, small repairs, friendly visits and phone calls. Volunteers can choose what service they would like to provide and how often: you accept only the assignments that fit your schedule, interests and ability.

• Our drivers require no special license
• Volunteer only when it fits into your schedule
• Neighbor helping Neighbor to make our community stronger
