The Mona House is in need of your help. As they prepare to welcome individuals into a safe, supportive space, they're in need of essential items like bedding, towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, cleaning products, small appliances and gently used or new furniture. Every donation, no matter the size, helps to create a warm, comfortable environment for those who need it most. If you're able to give or share this post, you're making a real difference in building a place rooted in care, dignity and community.

🐣🌸 Easter Egg Hunt Candy Donations Needed! 🌸🐣

We’re getting ready for our Easter Egg Hunt for the children in our shelter at The Salvation Army, and we need your help to make it extra sweet!

We’re collecting individually wrapped candy to fill Easter eggs and create a fun, joy-filled day for the kids we serve. Your donation — big or small — will help bring smiles, laughter, and a sense of celebration to children who truly deserve it.

This special event will be held on Good Friday, making it a meaningful time to come together as a community and share kindness, hope, and love.

If you’d like to donate candy, please drop-off or mail it to our 960 Main Street address, for more information contact Melissa at (888-6209).

Bundle up! Below average temps and brisk winds will bring tonight's "feels like" temperature to as low as -15°F. If you need to spend any amount of time outdoors, dress properly to prevent frostbite and hypothermia.

Wear multiple layers of clothing and don't forget a hat, scarf and gloves!
