ONE SHOEBOX. ONE CHILD. ONE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE JESUS!** ✝️
🎄 **Be a Blessing This Christmas Through Operation Christmas Child!**
What if something as simple as a shoebox filled with gifts could help change a child's life forever?
This Christmas season, **Twin Valley Alliance Church** is excited to participate in **Operation Christmas Child**, a worldwide outreach ministry of Samaritan's Purse that shares the love of Jesus Christ with children in need around the world! 🌎❤️
For many children, receiving a shoebox filled with toys, school supplies, and personal care items is an unforgettable experience. But the greatest gift isn't what's inside the box—**it's the opportunity to hear about Jesus Christ and discover the hope and salvation found in Him!** 🙌
📦 **HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED?**
There are several ways you and your family can make a difference!
🎁 **PACK A SHOEBOX!**
Fill a shoebox with age-appropriate toys, school supplies, and personal care items. Every gift is an opportunity to remind a child that they are loved and valued.
🧸 **DONATE INDIVIDUAL ITEMS!**
Don't have time to pack an entire shoebox? No problem!
Simply bring individual items and place them in the **collection tote located in our church foyer.** Our children's ministries will use these donations to prepare shoeboxes for children around the world.
📅 **DONATION DEADLINE: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22!**
💻 **BUILD A SHOEBOX ONLINE!**
You can also participate from home by building a shoebox online through Samaritan's Purse.
🙏 **PRAY FOR THE CHILDREN!**
Pray for the children receiving these gifts, the volunteers delivering them, and the ministry partners sharing the Gospel. Ask God to open hearts and use these simple gifts to make an eternal difference.
🎯 **WHAT CAN YOU DONATE?**
Here are just a few ideas:
🧸 Stuffed animals and dolls
🚗 Matchbox cars and small toys
🎀 Hair accessories
⚽ Soccer balls or footballs (deflated, with a pump)
✏️ Pencils, crayons, and school supplies
🪥 Toothbrushes and other approved personal care items
Please follow Samaritan's Purse guidelines when choosing items.
✝️ **MORE THAN A SHOEBOX — SHARING THE GREATEST GIFT OF ALL!**
Operation Christmas Child isn't simply about giving Christmas presents. It's about opening doors to share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
Through this ministry, children have the opportunity to hear the Gospel and learn about God's incredible love for them.
Many children are also invited to participate in **The Greatest Journey**, a 12-lesson discipleship program that introduces them to Jesus, helps them understand the Gospel, and encourages them to grow in their faith.
And the blessings can reach beyond the child receiving the gift! As children learn about Jesus, they can share His love with their families, friends, and communities. ❤️
📖 **"It is more blessed to give than to receive." — Acts 20:35**
❤️ **CHURCH FAMILY, LET'S MAKE A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER!**
Whether you pack an entire shoebox, donate a few items, build a box online, or simply commit to praying, you can play a part in sharing God's love with children around the world.
Our prayer is that every shoebox will bring joy, open hearts, and provide opportunities for children to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.
