Bloomsday in Williamstown

All are invited to celebrate Bloomsday, June 16, with a series of readings around Williamstown from James Joyce’s masterpiece Ulysses. The book takes place on June 16, 1904 and follows Stephen Dedalus and Leopold Bloom as they meander about Dublin on that day eventually finding one another and ultimately Bloom’s wife, Molly. In Williamstown on June 16 2011, a group will meander around the town to

locations similar to those in the book, reading and listening to the corresponding episodes at appropriate times of day at stops along the way. All are invited to participate for the full day or any portion thereof. The day will begin at 8:00am with the Chapter One, the Telemachus episope, at (TBD).
