September 5th & 6th - 10:30 AM - Berlin Mountain Trailhead

Join us for our biggest volunteer trail building event of the year! This is an awesome opportunity to get outside and work shoulder to shoulder with fellow riders to build something for the community.

We are partnering with the Williams College WOOLF program, so we will have a big crew and should be able to get a half mile of trail roughed in. This year we will be finishing the final stretch to connect the North & West sections of the cirque, and starting in on the climb to the Taconic Crest!

We’ll meet at 10:30 a.m. at the Berlin Mountain Trailhead Saturday & Sunday. Come for one day or both—just bring gloves, plenty of water, and your energy!

Another survey opportunity!
Purple Valley Trails partners with the Town of Williamstown and other local organizations to create recreational opportunities.

They are planning and raising funds for a skatepark located along the Mohican Recreational Path near Cole Field. Resident feedback is encouraged!

We’re building a skatepark!
The park in Williamstown is closed to make way for to create something great for the kids in town that can’t always get a ride up to the trails. The new facility is designed with all wheels in mind…skateboards, scooters, bmx, you name it. Check the link on our website for more info!
